3. Physical Products

Standard Shipping

Physical products are shipped within 10 days from the date of purchase.

  • Processing Time: 2-5 business days
  • Shipping Time: 3-7 business days within India
  • Total Delivery Time: 5-10 business days maximum
  • International Shipping: 10-21 business days (where available)

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship to all major cities and towns across India:

  • Metro cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 cities: 4-6 business days
  • Tier 3 cities and towns: 5-7 business days

International Shipping

Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partners will attempt delivery:

  • Up to 3 delivery attempts
  • Contact via phone/SMS before each attempt
  • Package held at local facility after failed attempts
  • Return to sender after 7 days if undelivered

8. Delivery Requirements

Ensure your shipping address includes:

  • Complete recipient name
  • Full address with area/locality
  • City, state, and PIN code
  • Contact phone number
  • Landmark for easy identification

Delivery Acceptance

  • Recipient or authorized person must be present
  • Valid ID may be required for verification
